About the author
Cedric Saldanha has enjoyed a diverse career spanning senior management roles in the private sector, policy advisory positions with the Governments of Australia, Papua New Guinea, and the Philippines, and strategic consultancy with the Pacific Forum. Cedric holds a doctorate in public sector management from RMIT University in Melbourne. He is the author of three management books and has now transitioned to writing fiction that delves into social issues relevant to contemporary society.
His debut novel, Quest for Freedom, addresses violence against women and the fight for gender equity. His forthcoming work, The Remaking of Professor Bobbins, explores the potential for change at any stage of life, the transformative power of relationships, the impact of domestic violence, and the far-reaching effects of neoliberal economics. A third book, The Monk and the Don, expected in late 2025, is a gripping thriller set against the backdrop of Bombay’s underworld drug wars in the 1960s and 70s.
