Cedric Saldanha

About the author

Cedric Saldanha was born in India, is now an Australian and resides in Melbourne. He holds a law degree, a management degree, and a doctorate in Public Sector Management from RMIT University.

Cedric worked as a Training Manager for 10 years for Pfizer in India and Pfizer’s Asia Management Centre in Hong Kong. He then moved to the Asian Development Bank (sister organisation of the World Bank) where he worked for 18 years across 15 Asian countries. He retired as the Senior Director for Governance and Regional Cooperation.

Cedric has also served as a senior adviser to the Australian Government’s aid programs to PNG and the Pacific. He has authored three books on public sector management.

Cedric has ventured into fiction with the recent publication of “Quest for Freedom” (https://inspiringbookshop.com/book/quest-for-freedom/).

A second book, “The Monk and The Don” is currently with an agent. His third book is “The Remaking of Professor Bobbins” and is being submitted to agents and publishers.
